With over 15 years of experience designing and launching web solutions for government agencies and small businesses, David combines deep technical expertise (UI/UX design, PHP/MySQL, JavaScript) with hands-on public service—having served six years as Commissioner and Vice-Chair for the City of Kerman. His vision for Civicly grew from a belief that true economic and civic growth begins when residents have a direct, user-friendly channel to engage with and improve their communities.
